Vintage Altec 418 Speaker - 15" AlNiCo, 8ohm, Original Cone, Late 1960's?

Rare Altec 418 AlNiCo magnet speaker with original cone.
Classic Altec big 3" voice coil and AlNiCo magnet give that sound which we all know and love.
In great condition and sounds phenomenal. DCR on my cheapo fluke meter reads 4.5 ohms which is in the normal range for an 8 ohm speaker. This came out of a 2x15 Kustom by Ross cabinet and most likely is from the late 1960's. Speaker is missing the magnet bell cover, this doesn't affect the sound of the speaker obviously. These are some of the most sought after 15" speakers ever, and for good reason, they sound amazing. The 418s have always sounded better to me than the 417, but that is just me.
