Vintage Empire 98 Tonearm w/ Headshell Arm Rest & Armboard 1950s Beautiful

Description

Up for sale here is this beautiful vintage silver-colored Empire 98 tonearm with headshell, armrest, and armboard.  The armboard is from a Thorens TD-124 turntable (not included), and has an extra hole drilled in it for some reason.  The tonearm and armrest are in fantastic condition, with just light wear.
The arm has been professionally serviced and was cleaned and lubricated, so it is in great physical operating condition.
However
, when previously installed there was a buzz from the tonearm.  I believe this arm is not normally fitted with a ground, and needs to be directly connected to a metal plinth in order to not buzz.  I am not very familiar with these arms, so you will need to figure that part out, and might need to rewire it, though it may just need to be installed so it is directly attached to metal.  Because of the buzz, I am selling this as non-working.
This listing is just for the tonearm, armrest, headshell, and armboard--there is no turntable or cartridge included.
